News Releases
News releases were delivered in various forms. Although always disseminated via email, the means of dissemination has changed. For a time, they were part of the email and accompanying photos were treated as attachments. In some cases, the text of the news release appears in a description section, while the photos can be accessed by clicking on the attachment links in the original email. For a short while, the text was treated as an attachment and photos were separate, although captions were included with the news attachment. Following that iteration, news and photos were put into web pages and links to these pages were embedded in the emails.
